I am aware that during the Earthways Guide Service, LLC. program in which I am participating, certain risks and dangers are inherent, including but not limited to hazards of travel in rugged mountains, lakes, rivers, and other wilderness areas, accident, illness (including Covid-19), forces of nature, and travel by air, auto, and/or other conveyances.
I am also aware that much of the Earthways Guide Service program in which I am registered will be conducted in isolated wilderness areas with no mechanical transportation, no roads, telephones, or outside communication facilities available for the duration of the trip. If in case of emergency, it becomes necessary to evacuate me, I agree to pay all costs associated therewith.
In consideration of and as part payment for the privilege of participating in the program, and for the equipment, services, food, and instruction arranged for me by Earthways Guide Service, I do hereby assume all the above mentioned risks, and hold Earthways Guide Service harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims, and demands of every kind and nature, whatsoever, which I now have or may arise from or in connection with this program, and any other activity in which I participate that is arranged for me by Earthways Guide Service.
The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, executors, and administrators, and for all members of my family, including any minors.
