​Cancellation Policy:​

 

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of what we want to be doing. We do our best to be accommodating but have set some guidelines to make sure there are no surprises.

If you cancel:

-Deposits are non-refundable anytime

-If you cancel more than 30 days from the start of a trip, and have paid your trip balance (trip cost - deposit) the balance will be refunded.

 

-If you cancel less than 30 days before a trip, no money is refundable.

If we cancel:

-This can happen due to low enrollment, water levels, or other issues beyond our control.-We will refund your total payment minus a 5% processing fee.

 

-If not enough people have signed up and you still feel strongly about going, we can discuss the cost per person to make the trip feasible.

 

Gratuity:

Tips are a welcome gesture to express your gratitude for a safe, fun, comfortable experience. We recommend 5-10% of your trip cost.

Packing:

-We will email you a packing list

 

-If there are items on the packing list you do not have let us know (well ahead of time) and we can probably provide them

Other trip facts and info:

 

-All trips are owner led

-You will be sleeping in a tent, on a pad on the ground, although some cots fold quite small and are ok if you have them
 

-We provide ALL food unless noted on your packing list

 

-Speaking of food please do not bring a cooler of leftovers from your fridge and expect we can bring them along

 

-There are no bathrooms or showers, some trips have outhouses some do not, dont panic, we'll tell you what to do
 

-Other than a tent you will be outside, in all weather conditions
 

-The trips require some level of physical exertion

 

-No alcohol

 

-No drugs, this includes marajuana

 

-Cell phone use is discouraged (most locations have no service) but as they take good photos they are ok to bring

 

-We carry an emergency communication device
