Ever feel turned around in the woods…or even closer to home?
Anyone who has ventured beyond his or her own yard has most likely experienced the sensation of feeling "lost" at least once.
In this class, we will define what it actually means to be lost…and how to respond to such a situation.
We will cover all the basics of map and compass use, prepare trial courses to practice your skills, and discover how to become aware of the orienting tools all around you even when you are without a map or a compass.
